When shopping for a car I am always wary of being approached by the stereotypical pushy salesman. To my great delight my wife and I were met by Kami. He showed a very caring attitude to our needs as he showed us several cars and encouraged us to take a drive in two of the cars. Kami is obviously very happy in his job which shows in the extremely friendly way he presents to his customers. It felt as if we were engaging with a new friend, not just dealing with a salesman anxious to close a deal for his own benefit. This was a very pleasant experience and we are looking forward to enjoying our newly purchased ES 350 introduced to us by Kami. Hi, on Sunday, January 26, 2014, I pulled into the Woodland Hills Lexus dealership to look at the various models of pre-owned Lexus'. Mr. Kami Husseini was there to greet me, introduce himself and off Woodland Hills Lexus dealership to look at the various models of pre-owned Lexus'. Mr. Kami Husseini was there to greet me, introduce himself and offer his services. From that moment on...until I signed the paper work to purchase my car, Kami was there providing answers to all of my questions...big or small...and explaining the differences between the models I was considering. He had me drive the cars while he explained the features of each one. His calm, warm and friendly manner made the experience very pleasant. His professionalism, apparent knowledge, and lack of what I call "pushiness" made me feel confident in my ability to make an informed decision. As this was the first car I ever bought on my own I had started out on this experience with a lot of nervousness. I feel so lucky to have had Kami Husseini there to help me decide what was right for me. In the future I would happily recommend any friend or relative looking for a Lexus to go to Lexus of Woodland Hills and ask for Kami Husseini to be their sales associate.
