He worked hard to address all of our concerns and entertained all requests no matter how outlandish without ever patronizing us. During our three-week search for a used vehicle we encountered all manner of salespeople. My wife didn't get a good vibe from any of them with the exception of Kami. Everyone else either spoke down to us, tried to "educate" us, steer us toward a vehicle that clearly didn't meet our needs (but met theirs), or ignored us. Some did all the above! Kami has restored our faith in car salespeople. If only more were like him it wouldn't be such an unpleasant, gut-wrenching process. We hope Kami stays at Lexus so we can buy our next car through him. More
