I give the service department at the Lexus Woodland Hills a 5+ because my experience was fantastic! I was able to schedule my appointment for the day after I called with a loaner car so I was able to go bac a 5+ because my experience was fantastic! I was able to call the day of my appointment to postpone my drop off time from 8 am to 1 pm and still keep my loaner car. When I arrived Louis in service quickly attended to me with a friendly affect. He quickly, yet informatively, explained what they were going to service on my 5000 mile free of charge service and got a loaner car for me so I could go to work. I was called when my car was done and was able to trade cars after work at 7 pm (hours of the service department are fabulously convienent). Sherry and Yesenia helped me complete my transaction and I left with a smile. More

Prior to leaving your facility, I happened to glance at your new Lexus cars. Marcy came to ask if she could help me. Although I indicated to her I was not ready to purchase a new car at this time, she was very nice in showing me the new line of cars. There was no pressure to buy but she offered me a test drive in the new LS 460. Marcy gave a very good presentation in an excellent manner. Sherry has been my service person for the last few times I have taken my car in. She is very nice, knows her stuff, and always lets me know when the car will be ready and if there will be any other charges I have taken my car in. Not only does she tell me, but she carefully explains why I have charges so that I can make a decision about them. I feel very comfortable leaving my car with her. Amanda is the cashier, and she has them bring up my car even when I can see where it is parked in the lot. Some of the other cashiers have me walk to the car. It is sort of nice to have it pulled up for you. Anyway, I love the dealership and would recommend it. More
