Tim is straightforward and no-nonsense. We negotiated the pricing over the phone and via email before coming into the dealership. He noticed a scuff on the car and assured us that he would make arrangements for it to be picked up and taken back to the dealer to fix and that we would be provided with a loaner car in the interim. Alma was also great to work with. She made sure that we were taken care of and took the time to show us all the features of the car. Alma is very personable and provided great customer service. The entire transaction was hassle-free and we got a great deal on our car. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience. More
