We found Harry to be warm, friendly, low-pressure, and competent. Kind of the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesman. After showing us an RX350 in the showroom he quickly arranged a test drive on the car we eventually bought. With a minimal amount of negotiating we made a deal, and drove the car home the next day.
