The best car buying experience I have ever had I have had quite a few car buying experiences and this was BY FAR the best experience I have ever had purchasing from a dealership. Audra Alexander is I have had quite a few car buying experiences and this was BY FAR the best experience I have ever had purchasing from a dealership. Audra Alexander is a sales consultant there and is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met when it comes to the annoying and sometimes painful process of looking into a new vehicle. Long story short, I owned a VW GTI that I just bought less than 2 years ago that I absolutely loved and had 0 intentions of trading it. It was such a fun car, it was my baby. Audra could tell the attachment I had to my GTI and was very sensitive to it. She even reassured this was what I wanted to do before starting to run numbers. I told her what I thought I wanted and what I wanted to spend. She found the EXACT Jeep I was looking for with every option I was considering when making this move. It hit every item on my check list in what I wanted in my next vehicle, and they just happened to have one in inventory. After working with Audra who knew EVERYTHING about the Jeep Renegade I was about to purchase and explained it all to a ‘T’, Anissa the finance manager comes in for the close. She was so cool, there was never a ‘hard sell’ or any pressure what so ever. I was so pleased by the overall experience of buying a car, I am almost speechless. The last car buying experience I had was when I purchased the GTI. I LOVED the car but it was one of the worst sales experiences. This was the total opposite of that. Audra Alexander knows her product, what deals are available through the mfg, and is one of the coolest people to just talk to. 11 out of 10, 6 stars, 110% satisfied! More
Service Center resembles a Benny Hill episode I'm writing this review of the service center, and the management staff. I brought my "certified pre-owned" Wrangler in with a leaky cooling system I'm writing this review of the service center, and the management staff. I brought my "certified pre-owned" Wrangler in with a leaky cooling system under factory warranty (35k miles). Upon picking up the vehicle, the service advisor explained that I must have some enemies in the area, because my cooling system was full of sludge as a result of someone sabotaging my engine. The radiator had been clogged up with the sediment and could no longer pass coolant. They replaced the radiator and performed a flush of the cooling system. A few months later, the radiator failed again. They replaced the radiator under a part warranty, since my Jeep was no longer under the factory warranty. After this repair, I had air in the heater core, and very little heat. I brought it back and they somehow fixed the air problem in my heater core, but there was very little heat. In October of 2016, the radiator failed again, and it was still under a part warranty, so they replaced the radiator once more. Two months later, in December of 2016, the heater core finally failed (leaking) and I brought it in. They tried to charge me $1100 for the repair and I did not agree to the repair. After some digging on the Jeep forums, I found that the proper repair procedure for sludge in the cooling system was not followed. According to StarCase 12307000008, the proper procedure for repairing coolant sludge is to replace the radiator, the heater core, the engine oil adaptor and the radiator cap. The dealership took the easy way out, and only replaced the radiator on the initial failure caused by the blockage from the sludge. After complaining about this to the General Manager, I was told that "at some point, I need to man up and take financial responsibility for these repairs." I opened up a case with Jeep customer care, and they agreed with me that the repairs were not performed correctly and agreed to replace the four previously mentioned components. They agree to let Bertera Jeep in Westfield perform the repairs, so I pickjed up my Jeep from Lia and brought it to Westfield. At this point, I have been without my Jeep for over 3 weeks. Here's where my story turns for the worse. 4 days later, I received a call from Jeep customer care stating that they would not pay for the repairs afterall; the reason? My certified pre-owned jeep's prior use was an Enterprise Rental Car daily rental. The prior owner to Lia CDJR was Artioli Auto Group, operating as Northampton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. This dealership committed two counts of dealership fraud, because they did not disclose to me during the negotiation process, or on my purchase agreement that the car was formerly a daily rental belonging to Enterprise. Furthermore, in the deal, I purchased a Zurich Shield Service contract, and Artioli then took my $2250 and purchased a substandard Chrysler Service contract and pocketed the difference. Jeep Customer Care did not care that I was defrauded, and has not granted me relief on the heater core replacement, or the other components. I filed a complaint with the MAssachusetts Attorney Generals office. Once the AGs office contacted Lia, the new General Manager (Justin) invited me up to the dealership to talk about option to "make all this right". Once I arrived with my girlfriend, he offered to sell me a new and used Jeep, and take my Jeep in as a trade. The deals he offered me were no better than what I could have negotiated as a random customer off the street. Needless to say, I walked away from those offers, as I would not enter into a transaction where they were going to be profiting. I will never bring my Jeep to this establishment again, nor will I buy a Jeep again due to the Jeep Customer Care response. They had no sympathy for me whatosever after learning that I was defrauded by the Artioli group. As of this review, I am filing complaints against the Artioli Auto Group, and will be giving them a chance to make me whole under MGL 93A. If they do not, I will be seeking legal action against them. I have taken my Jeep to Greg's in Westfield to have the heater core replaced. DO NOT bring your Jeep to this dealership for service, unless its for an oil change or other small items. Instead of researching why there was sludge in the cooling system either in the Jeep service system, or on the internet, they were quick to blame me for my obvious character flaws that make others in my life sabotage my engine with sludge. be afraid......be very afraid! I bought a used SUV there and it wasn't a Jeep,Chrysler,or Dodge so after I brought it back there for an oil leak that I noticed in a matter of days. I bought a used SUV there and it wasn't a Jeep,Chrysler,or Dodge so after I brought it back there for an oil leak that I noticed in a matter of days. They suggested i drop it off for them to look at. I bring it on a Saturday morning and the rental for me wasn't ready for me as promised so I lose 15 minutes there while they find something for me. 6 hours later i get a call saying that yes i have an oil leak( i could tell that by the stains on my garage floor!) So i am told to bring back the rental and they'll make an appt with Ford and let me know when it is so I can bring it there to get fixed. I kindly say that they will get their rental back when I get my car back. Three days later its supposedly fixed so i pick it up and low and behold still dripping oil. To top it all off not one phone call from the salesperson who gladly took the coin but can't be bothered with anything else. This place should be closed! More
Helpful but slow I recently brought in my 2012 Jeep compass to be serviced and also wanted to get some numbers for leasing a new jeep. The service part of the dealers I recently brought in my 2012 Jeep compass to be serviced and also wanted to get some numbers for leasing a new jeep. The service part of the dealership was a little slow in receiving the parts and it took almost a week to get my car back, they did however provide me with a great loaner which was very helpful and appreciated! I also was working with Melanie to get some numbers on a Jeep renegade. I didn't love the car and asked for some numbers on a Jeep Cherokee. I never heard back from anyone at the dealership regarding the appraisal of my Jeep after it was there for a week (every other dealership I've been to appraised my car in about 5 minutes) and didn't hear back regarding the possibility on a Jeep Cherokee. I did like the car a great deal as that was the loaner car that I was driving. However, I got a great deal on a RAV4 and didn't want to wait to hear from Jeep anymore so I moved forward with the RAV4. Everyone at the dealer was very nice but they didn't seem to want your business as much as some other car dealers I've visited this week. If you're really interested in a Jeep I think this would be a good place to go, and Melanie was pleasant to work with. More

I returned to make them finish, after fumbling around for 45min they asked if I wanted to wait for them to drive it around until the tire sensors reset for about a half a hour or if just wanted to take it....I took it, they reset in about 1/4 mile A few days later I realized when they changed my oil they left oil all over the entire undercarriage of my brand new truck...I returned and they apologized and cleaned up the're mess Well shame on me for waiting 2000 miles since my visit, but I checked my oil this morning to find out they over filled my cummins engine by almost 2 quarts!!!This truck was almost $60,000 if I have even the slightest issue ever I will be finding a good lawyer and returning for the third time because of my FREE oil change...... Excellent Experience If you are looking for a friendly, no hassle, " I actually want your business for a lifetime, not just a sale" dealership look no further. From the mo If you are looking for a friendly, no hassle, " I actually want your business for a lifetime, not just a sale" dealership look no further. From the moment I entered Northhampton Jeep I was greeted by friendly, real people. Not the typical salesperson you would expect, but people who genuinely wanted my business. Victor Cueto was my salesman and to say he went above and beyond to win my respect and business is an understatement. Victor was patient, respectful and understanding. He worked with me to find exactly what I wanted and ultimately I left with a great car and a great deal. I never once felt I was being hassled or pressured. I genuinely felt like I was being taken care of. The Internet sales manager, Shelia, the Business Manager, Anthony and general manager, Aimee were all so sweet and great to work with. If you are in the market for a new car I absolutely recommend this establishment. Trust me, they were the 12th dealership I visited and the last. Thank you Northhampton Jeep for great service and helping me find my dream car!!! A special thanks to Victor for actually gaining my business! You were right.. Steele is better then black!!! Thank you, April More
Gem of all dealerships combined. If Chrysler had to rate its dealerships, this should be crowned as the gem of all their dealership, simply because of the people who work here. My wif If Chrysler had to rate its dealerships, this should be crowned as the gem of all their dealership, simply because of the people who work here. My wife wanted a new vehicle so we went there after returning a day earlier from a neighborhood dealership. She bought herself a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and what an awesome experience purchasing our first vehicle from you guys. Anthony and Matt had pretty much worked on the entire deal over the phone with me. And if I have to recommend someone to Harvard Business School for presentation my first pick would be Anthony and Matt, you guys rock!!, very friendly and composed and they will leave no stone un-turned to get you the deal you want. We entered the dealership @ 13:30 hrs and came out with the deal closed at 15:00 hrs. I surprised myself to drive 1 hour from where I live to a quiet corner of small town dealership but people who work there made it worth and definitely made me customer for life for all my future Jeep purchases.
