My best car-buying experience yet! I have bought many cars over the years and the sales process at Lia was one of the smoothest yet! Audra took extra time to make sure I had EVERYTHING I have bought many cars over the years and the sales process at Lia was one of the smoothest yet! Audra took extra time to make sure I had EVERYTHING I needed before rolling off the lot in my Brand new Jeep! Normally I avoid dealing with sales people (as I am one myself and know how aggressive it can get), but this experience has certainly changed my opinion in that regard! More

Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Our son had the same experience when purchasing his Compass a couple of weeks before our purchase. We absolutely LOVE our Compass Limited and would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from LIA Jeep! More
Horrible customer service I don't even want to give this place 1 star because of their horrible service department and useless general manager. Had to have my car towed there I don't even want to give this place 1 star because of their horrible service department and useless general manager. Had to have my car towed there for the 3rd time in a month due to transmission issues. Car sat there for 4 weeks and 1 day before it was fixed. They don't follow through on anything unless you call them and ask them to check on what the delay is. Took nearly a week to get authorization from Jeep to replace the transmission. Took a week and a half for the part to ship from FL to MA before they finally look into what's taking so long and find the part is lost. Part finally arrives a week later and they don't even work on my car for another 4 days. Really!!! Car is sitting there for nearly a month now and it has to wait another 4 days before they'll touch it because they're short staffed and have other vehicles they're working on. My vehicle should have been a priority at this point. Then go to finally pick up the vehicle and the dash is still reading "Service Transmission" Go in and speak with the general manager and he just sits there giving the excuse that he's only been on the job 2 weeks and he'll take down my name and number and get back to me. Couldn't even get up out of his chair and go to the service dept. with me to see what's going on. And still no phone call from him to follow up even though they managed to fix the issue before I finally left. They never once called me to keep me up to date on what's going on. My husband and I had to call every time and if we didn't I'd probably still be waiting for my car to be fixed. They lied when asked if they ever had any problems with the transmissions on the Cherokees. They said no but if you look up 2014 Cherokees it shows transmission issues is their biggest complaint. They lied about when the part was coming in and said they verified it was on the truck coming that day. Nope part never showed, no one knows where it is. And they lied when they said replacing the transmission is a 6 hour job. It took them 2 days to replace it and reset the computer. This place has no idea what good customer service is. More

I live 50 miles from this dealership, and pass two other Jeep dealers to get to this one. Trevor set me up with some vehicle options, and handed me off to Eric Wright. Eric was very thorough, even though he was the only one on the floor, and had to handle a few other customer's requests. That boy is very conscientious! I forgot one of the keys at the dealership, and Eric put it in the mail for me that day. Not a huge fan of the finance office - really tried to push the service protection plans on me. Very efficient dealership. Great inventory, knowledgeable sales staff. More

I worked with Justin (not Desautels, some guy who said he started earlier in the week) who was rude, left me at his desk for hours at a time, and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him by asking to price out different options. If you like waiting around all day to get the worst price possible - go to this dealership. More

Audra was very knowledgeable and very helpful I am currently leasing a 2016 Ram 1500 Bighorn and have to make a decision by February.
