Outstanding Buying Experience My wife and I purchase new vehicles frequently. When we decided on a Jeep product this time around, we were less than enthusiastic with our dealership My wife and I purchase new vehicles frequently. When we decided on a Jeep product this time around, we were less than enthusiastic with our dealership choices in the area as 3 of 4 are owned by the same company. After being treated terribly by the usual suspects, we decided to try Lia. Cynically, we were expecting more of the same and couldn't have been more wrong. The atmosphere was relaxed and no pressure. This clearly wasn't your typical "What can we do to get you into this vehicle today" type place. Eric our salesman was low key and everything was as simple as could be. Trevor was very straight and not what I'm used to experiencing from a dealership manager. He gave us a rock bottom price that beat the Bertera triplets in our area without debate. One of the best experiences was their F&I person, Anissa. What an awesome person to work with. We don't do the extended warranty or additional coverages thing as we don't keep vehicles very long and she had no problem being low pressure about that. This is quite rare in the new car sales business. Other than that, she made the paperwork part of the deal go quickly and smoothly. There were quite a few laughs along the way too... Overall, I can't say enough about our purchase from Lia. We were pleasantly surprised and I'm certain we will be back.... More
