He is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable, I have a 2009 Honda Accord which needed understandable (due to its age) twice in the last couple of months. I worked with Jesse both times and he was so pleasant and through in explaining everything to me. I will be returning to Lia Honda in Enfield very soon for the work he recommended and I know that my car is in good hands. The Lia company is very lucky to have such and outstanding employee. More
Jon Alaimo has been an outstanding customer service representative for years now. He has been my main go to person for the last three cars I have purchased from has been an outstanding customer service representative for years now. He has been my main go to person for the last three cars I have purchased from Lia Honda. He is a good part of the reason I do all my general maintenance at the Enfield dealership. I drive past a dealership in West Springfield to go to Lia. Other dealers do not have the service and expertise that employees like Jon exemplifies! He is courteous and prompt. He keeps me up to date on what needs to be done for the best way to take care of my car. Thank you. More
Most Comfortable Car Buy Experience! I was looking to trade in my 12 year old CRV for a smaller car with AWD. I had taken my car to Lia Honda for service a couple times and was very impre I was looking to trade in my 12 year old CRV for a smaller car with AWD. I had taken my car to Lia Honda for service a couple times and was very impressed with their Service Area so I figured I would see how the Sales Area was. Troy Conlin was my Sales Consultant and I couldn't have gotten better! Seeing that my other car was 12 years old, this was only my second time buying a car and the experience with him was miles ahead of my first time. He makes you feel at ease from the first introduction and not intimidated in the least to ask any and all questions. He was very personable, but better than that he is very knowledgeable about the cars. I am by no means a car person, but he was great at going over all of the car's feature in a manner where I understood everything he was saying. So from the Service to the Sales Area, my experiences at Lia Honda have been nothing but the best! I would also like to give a shout out to Jesse Robles in Service Area. The last time my car was in for repairs, he did an amazing job of keeping me informed throughout the entire process of what the necessary repairs were and where in the process they were. If everybody at Lia Honda is as good as Troy and Jesse, it is no wonder why I keep having nothing but positive experiences every time I go there! Great job guys! More
Vehicle Purchase My wife and I were in the market to replacing her existing vehicle with a new one and decided to visit Lia Honda to see what they had to offer.As we My wife and I were in the market to replacing her existing vehicle with a new one and decided to visit Lia Honda to see what they had to offer.As we entered the dealership we were greeted by the receptionist and then Philip Bologna who is a member of the sales team. Philip was very receptive to our needs and he conveyed a friendly & pleasant demeanor. After looking at several options we spotted a SUV which we took out for a test drive. Philip had extensive knowledge with the vehicles features and functionality - He was able to help us navigate the 'Setup Menus' with ease to show us how to enable or disable different options. Philip also went over the different add-ons that are offered for the vehicle as well as the Simoniz package. We returned 2 days later to pick up the car & complete the transaction and it could not have gone any smoother. Philip had Everything all set & ready to go !! After sitting with him for about 10 minutes he handed us off to Jason who took care of the finance details which only took another 10 minutes of our time (Jason was also Great to deal with) !! After all the paperwork was completed we went back to Philip who was willing to spend however much time necessary to set up the vehicle the way we wanted !! Overall it was a Great experience and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. No Pressure - No Customer Juggling - And No BS !! More

He addressed an issue with the rear latch of our vehicle during the visit and took all necessary steps to promptly xxxxx and address the warranty issue. When I picked up my kids were thrilled to learn he’d gone out and found balloons for them after they’d hoped for one at drop off. You just can’t ask for anything better than a fair price, real service and above all true kindness! More
