I've been shopping for cars with others for a while and other places you go feel like you're a piece of meat waiting to be pecked at, here they make ya feel like a customer. Also their coffee machine is awesome if you go there you gotta try it! My representative I worked with was Jacquie Andrusz and she was great. She was the one to make sure I had answers to all my questions and understood my situation and gave advice, they are for sure personal with their customers. Was not pushy for adding additional things that were not necessary or didn't seem like my taste, got me my car and it's perfect. May be adding some more items to it that I thought I didn't really need at time and she's helped me with that as well. Robert Nuener I believe (not 100% on spelling) was the one I worked with for finance and he was able to talk a deal and get me a deal on the 10 year warranty due to my down payment and the purchases I was making. Was easy to work with, and made things go through quickly and got me a little extra few months on my financing to lower my monthly payment as well :) More
