DO NOT GIVE THIS SHIT HOLE YOUR MONEY! I purchased a brand new CRV from Lia in June 2018 and after owning my brand new CRV for just over a year, I walked out of my office a few weeks ago to I purchased a brand new CRV from Lia in June 2018 and after owning my brand new CRV for just over a year, I walked out of my office a few weeks ago to find THE PAINT ON MY HOOD COVERED IN BUBBLES! I was told this is due to Honda using too cheap of a top coat that allows moisture to get trapped and form bubbles. I called Honda and was told that it is covered by my warranty but the work would need to be done AT THE DEALERSHIP I PURCHASED FROM. Called Lia and was told I had to go through the service manager to have the work scheduled - no one else could help me. Well, let me tell you, I have NEVER encountered a more worthless, incompetent "manager" in my life. Despite SIX calls and messages, this joker still has not returned my calls. Everyone was all too happy to jump when I was spending 30 grand plus in this pathetic shit hole, but the second there was an issue, crickets, radio silence. Well, I don't play the games. Guess what? Your lousy service manager has been reported to Honda Corporate as of yesterday and I have filed a consumer complaint through my lawyer with the Attorney General. Keep ignoring customers. I wouldn't take my kids matchbox to this shit hole. I was going to purchase another vehicle from them this month too. Now my business will go elsewhere and NEVER a piece of shit Honda again. Lia Honda you failed miserably and your joke of a service manager should be fired. Unacceptable. Enjoy your visit from corporate and your AG investigation- your service Manager earned both. Now I'm stuck with a huge payment on a new car with paint that is bubbled all over and I'm unable to have fixed because your employee is rude and ignorant and cannot return SIX messages from a customer. pleasurable purchase i purchased a 2019 CRV with salesperson William Litton. He was great. This is my fifth honda vehicle but i asked William to treat me as someone who i purchased a 2019 CRV with salesperson William Litton. He was great. This is my fifth honda vehicle but i asked William to treat me as someone who didn't know what a Honda car could offer. He did just that he showed me everything about the vehicle, answered all my questions. When i took delivery of the vehicle he went over all the features even ones that i had on my previous vehicle. he gave me great tips about the navigation and where to keep my wheels locks. I was very pleased with the experience. He even took the time to show me how to connect my phone to the vehicle after i purchased the needed cable and returned to the dealership. I can say that Lia Honda knows about customer service. they treated me fairly, politely and I have to say like family. I would highly recommend them. More

Super Fast and Efficient Service The service provided by Lourie Bruner, the technician and Mike, the driver was excellent !!
