Beware!! Terrible customer service! *Waited almost a week before writing this review to see if I would be contacted after our awful experience. Was not. Found a car I loved online *Waited almost a week before writing this review to see if I would be contacted after our awful experience. Was not. Found a car I loved online a little out of our budget. Called to see if it was a firm or flexible price before driving an hour to the dealership and wasting everyone's time. Was told it was definitely flexible. Worked with a Salesman who barely seemed interested in selling a car. Then when it came time to firm up the price was told there was not any flexibility. Asked to see a manager. I shared the name of the person I had spoken with and what he had said. Manager said he would listen to the phone call, but still would not be moving on the price. Would "reprimand" someone of that was necessary. Manager was rude and arrogant. BEWARE! More

Five stars I came into Lia Honda to look around. I was greeted by MR. Muhammad Khan. He said just call me Sal .He asked how he could help. I said that I was look I came into Lia Honda to look around. I was greeted by MR. Muhammad Khan. He said just call me Sal .He asked how he could help. I said that I was looking for a CRV for my wife’s birthday. He asked what options I was looking for. I told him I was interested in the EX. He showed one and pointed out the equipment and said let’s take a test drive. We took the test drive , and I was impressed. But decided on the EXL because I wanted the leather seats and and few other things. Bottom line , MR Kahn was very professional, and dedicated to his job. I think he is an asset to the dealership. Very good customer service. More

Matt has been extremely helpful and accommodating. Wether it’s a recall issue or routine service, he greets you with a smile and a kind word. Laurie has also been very helpful with the recall work, and was great with keeping me updated on the parts needed for repairs. And I can’t end without thanking my salesman Otis, who is also great and greets me with a big smile every time I see him! Love Lia Honda!!! More

Outstanding We just bought our first Honda ( 2019 CRV Touring) from Lia Honda, Williamsville. Our sales person was Antoine Ibrahim. Antoine demonstrated patience, kindness, attentiveness, knowledge and professionalism during the entire buying process. It was also refreshing to have a car sales person that did not pressure or play games. I would absolutely recommend Antoine as first choice when you are in the market to purchase a vehicle. William Litton - truly the best Looking for a car had been a difficult process until we went to Lia Honda and met William Litton. He is the most genuine dealer that we have met. Knowing that we were new to the car model that we were interested in, he took his time and patiently explained the features of the car until we felt comfortable before going for a test drive. (guess teaching might be another good career option for him too!) We had to give up on the first car that we chose after running credit checks. Despite already spending long hours with us, William was so understanding and did not judge us. He then gave us great advices and introduced us to a similar model of the car with a lower budget. As frugal and very indecisive students, we went to his place many times to look at and test drive different cars. William is always FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ( I personally will already be mad dealing with someone as annoying as us). Each time when we saw a new car that we were interested in posted on the Lia Honda website, we will contact William to see the car. Finally, weeks after bothering him, we bought our dream car!!! William then patiently explained and helped us through the whole process. He even introduced us to his amazing co-worker, Jacqueline Andrusz, who is also very knowledgable and gave us great advices about the car. After buying the car, we continued to bother William by asking him questions about the car by calling him. He even asked us to bring the car to the dealership so he can help us in person. We are utterly surprised by the services that we have received. This is a completely different experience when I bought my first car from another dealership in Buffalo 3 years ago. "You did not just buy the car, it comes with my service, I am always here to help. Even if I am not here that day, my team is here." that's a direct quote from William each time we thank him. He is such a humble and patient person. We never see William as our dealer, but rather a dad, someone with great personalities who really look up to. **I have never written review online so far but future buyers should really know William Litton.
