When I moved back to Buffalo in 1997, my home town, I spoke on the phone to one of the service manager and was happy to be talking to a friendly, and helpful person. That caused me to start using Lia Honda as 'my' dealership. I had purchased three other Honda cars previous to this April 27, 2019 visit to Lia, and I tend to be wary of being pushed into a purchase I might regret. My sales person was Sal Muhammad Khan and his warmth and personable attitude helped me to relax. I was encouraged by his positive and friendly attitude to make the deal we agreed to after a few hours of talking out the possibilities. While I would love to have driven away on Saturday in a top of the line Honda Accord, I am a happy FIT owner. He is an exemplar sales person, and knows that most of us have walked in to get a great deal, not to waste time, and he made it a comfortable time spent in talking out what I needed and the price I could pay. Very grateful to Sal Khan and the dealership who obviously know he is a straight shooter! Thank you. More

Everyone in the service department treats me like a queen and they always take the time to explain everything to me. Wesley was absolutely outstanding and I appreciated his patience with me, as I asked a fair amount of questions about things. He was very kind and attentive. I also had positive interactions with Jaqueline, who originally sold me the Fit and Dave, who took the time to talk to me about possibly upgrading into a newer vehicle. While I didn’t interact with Adrian In the service Department on this occasion, I’m the past he has been absolutely amazing and is the reason I make it a habit to come to Lia for service on my vehicle, despite it being a much further drive than other dealers/mechanics. Everyone is just really lovely at Lia. Also, the hot drink machine is reason alone to visit, had a great vanilla latte!! More

It is a KEY entry car WITH CD player, normal cruise control, ability to raise and lower driver seat eas The HRV, in my opinion is highly under rated! The HRV was designed for the senior who has not learned all the new codes/symbols and buttons. It is a comfortable, SAFE car. More
