I came in knowing that something had gone wrong with the passenger's rear brake, like a caliper h Brian Fancher was the service agent that helped me. I came in knowing that something had gone wrong with the passenger's rear brake, like a caliper had frozen or something like that. It was a Saturday morning, and I had discovered the issue only the night before coming back from work. Brian was great. Found a place in the schedule where there wasn't one, and got me in with the knowledge that I was in real trouble otherwise. It, in fact, was a caliper issue. He got me through service, taking care of the brakes, and also pointed out an adjustment and part that needed to be replaced on a front end tie rod as well. I am grateful. Thank you, Brian. Much appreciated. Life is too short to be caught stranded on the road with a break down. The service that you did enables me to keep focused on what I need to be doing, and offers a piece of mind that I am safe with the repair work. More
