Great experience buying a Honda fit This was my first experience buying a nice car at a dealership and I was very impressed and happy with the knowledge and help I received. I was blown away by the personal care I received from my sales rep Jacquie. I met with her initially a month back, after visiting another close by dealership, and test drove some vehicles. I explained that I wasn't sure about how I wanted to proceed and she really emphasized I needed to figure out what would best in my life in terms of leasing versus buying, without any pressure or expectation. I then came back when I had a better idea of my budget, despite living closer to a different Honda dealership, because of the outstanding care I received from her on my initial visit. She was available and eager to help every step of the way, as well as Dave, who handled the finance stuff. There was a few hiccups around my unique situation and the staff went above and beyond to get me into a really great vehicle that I know will last a very long time. In addition, the service department was able to fit my mom in last minute to get her oil changed while we waited for some paperwork! I highly recommend this dealership and specifically Jacquie. She has a very personal touch to everything she does and she was very invested in making me happy and satisfied. I felt that I was well taken care of, and I appreciated the diversity of the staff. Lia tried to sell me a flood car! Thank God I had my mechanic do a bumper to bumper check on the used van before I paid for it. I thought is was odd that the interior seat frames has s Thank God I had my mechanic do a bumper to bumper check on the used van before I paid for it. I thought is was odd that the interior seat frames has surface rust on them. As soon as my mechanic put it on the lift it was obvious that this van was a flood car. The whole bottom was rusted, the struts up high in the wheel wells, the muffler mounts, the underside of the floor, everything. There was even hand fulls of dirt washed up inside the side rails. They had to put brakes on the van even after Carfax showed they were just replaced because they were probably rusted out also. The only thing new under the van was the brakes. The Lia mechanics had to see this because it was so obvious. It was not reported on Carfax that it was flooded but it was so obvious! I do believe that this points to a management issue because of the following added information. When I test drove the van it didn't start because the battery was dead. They jumped it and promised a new battery if I bought it. I accepted that and put a deposit down. They told me they put the van through their shop and it was ready for pick up or to be checked by my mechanic. Lia said that all it needed was a really good charge. But my mechanic also showed me how the battery in fact failed a load test. Lia lied to me, the batter was bad, they just didn't want to invest in a new customer. I gave them an opportunity at redemption to offer me another vehicle they just bought at auction at the industry standard 500.00 over cost. They refused. They were short sighted and lost a new customer and future sales, even after trying to sell me a flood car. Then they made me wait a week before i could come back to get my deposit. I ended up buying a new Chrylser Pacifica van from Massimo at Transitowne. Go see Massimo, you can trust him! More

She was very knowledgeable about the upgrades in the new Pilot. She took time to explain all that was new. I was hesitant at first as we have only worked with Antoun but she assured me that during his extended vacation he wanted his customers to be taken care of by Jacquie. She did not disappoint. Our deal was excellent and the financing was fine as well. The Pilot looked beautiful upon delivery. We have been Lia customers for 14 years. This is our 3rd vehicle and will continue to purchase from them. Thank you! More

Oil Change I needed my oil changed and tires rotated so I stopped by to get them taken care of and I was floored by the amazing service I received from Lourie Br I needed my oil changed and tires rotated so I stopped by to get them taken care of and I was floored by the amazing service I received from Lourie Bruner. I was taken in right away, it was done quickly and all with a positive attitude and smile. I had also a question on how to recalibrate my tires so I came back in a few days later and again, was taken in right away, got everything figured out in 5 minutes tops and of course with a wonderful attitude that's hard to come by employees today. I'm typically not one to go out of my way and write reviews on how the service was due to me being a busy person, however it would be a disservice not to in the case. Keep it up guys! More
