From the moment we walked in there was no pressure and a feeling of people who truly wanted to make the car buying experience as stress free as possible. Curt was able to clearly define what the best deal we could get and was more than accommodating on my indecision over color. Jackie, a true"Honda-ologist" knew what was important to know about the new Accord and made all the new technology on the car seem effortless (even to a technology challenged individual like me). Don, in finance, explained our options in straight forward way and left decisions up to us. Overall we left feeling like friends to all the people we dealt with at Lia, it doesn't get much better than that. More

The salesman told me I didn't need to get the vehicle inspected because it was new, but he was going to send in a copy of the window sticker and a bill of sale. I thought, OK perfect. My insurance company began sending me request letters and emails for the photo inspection or window sticker/bill of sale. A couple weeks later, my mom went back to purchase a vehicle. I went with her, and thought it would be a good opportunity to ask the salesman about the photo inspection and bill of sale. He assured me he had sent it in. A good month went by and I was still getting emails and letters from my insurance company. I called Lia about this and the same salesman said he would check on it and resend the information. Still, I was getting emails and letters in the mail. It is now July and all along I have been getting emails about the photo inspection. I got a letter today in the mail saying my insurance was going to be cancelled by the end of the week if I didn't submit the paperwork. I called my insurance company. They told me they never received anything from the dealer. Because it has been over 60 days, I now need to go to a car place that does photo inspections and have them submit an inspection. I have to take time out of my day to get this done because Lia didn't do this for me at the beginning. Thank God I didn't get in an accident since I bought it or else who know's if my insurance would have covered it. Lia was also stating that they would give $200 for people who refer other customers, plus the referral would get $50. I only got $50. More
