It wasn't an accident. I was in an accident with my son end of April, after having my car deemed totaled I knew I needed something safe, and needed it quickly. I went to Lia Honda after a friend of mine had raved about her new civic, I sat down with jacquie and explained to her my situation, I've never had a car loan, I have HORRIBLE credit, and I had just started a new job. I came back the next day to being approved for a brand new 2017 civic! I've never owned a new car in my life, and to be approved without a co-signer was amazing! Jacquie took a few hours with me to help me pick out a color (that was the hardest part) pick a warranty that would help (the select protect was for me! I just ran over a nail and had the tire repaired FREE!) and she showed me ever neat little feature of how the car worked! I was comming from a 2007 vehicle. I reccomend all my friends to visit Jacquie, she is so kind, calm, and thoughtful, after I bought my car she sent me the most adorable thank you card and I will always appreciate her help after my accident! More

When we arrived at the dealership, we were welcomed by the receptionist who informed Antoun of our arrival. He greeted both of us in a friendly and professional manner. We know getting a vehicle can be stressful, especially because many people feel dealers have their own agenda's when serving people. Not so with Antoun. We have found Antoun to be very comfortable to work with in all aspects of purchasing a new vehicle. He makes us feel at ease from the very beginning to the end. He will be sure we have all of our questions answered and our concerns addressed completely before we leave the lot or make the vehicle acquisition. I honestly can't say enough good things about the man. He listened to our wants and needs, and did not try to push anything on us or convince either of us of anything less or more than what we told him we were looking for. We’ve never felt pressured to make a decision or to sign the purchasing agreement. It’s one of the many reasons why we keep returning to Lia for our next Honda purchase. Antoun’s attention to detail is without exception. He’s quick to point out the vehicles features and magically knows what we’re looking for in a vehicle and also, what we don’t want. His knowledge of Honda products is extensive, as every question my wife and I posed to him was answered quickly and thoroughly. We trust his confidence and knowledge of all the vehicles we express an interested in and have never felt we’ve made a mistake in the vehicle we purchased. He works the deal with our best interest in mind and has never disappointed us.
