I bought a 2016 Civic recently and there were a handful of mistakes made that have turned me off to the experience. I have never bought a car before so I thought they would be able to help me out. Wrong. I traded in a car yet they gave me new plates for my Honda. I thought I'd get to keep my plates, again never done this before. They told me since I never gave them registration they provided new plates. The salesman knew I was trading in my current car but never asked if I wanted to transfer my plates. So that was my fault, that I didn't understand the process. Second the price of the car from when I signed the agreement and put a down payment didn't match the actual paper work once the car finally arrived. I didn't catch that my father did so they were making me pay more money for not being quick enough to read through all the paper work as their throwing it all at you with initial here sign and date there. The worse part of the whole thing is every time I try to ask for help they are so quick to put the blame on me for the bad experience and sweep me under the rug. If you're buying your first car and don't understand the buying process don't buy from Lia. They aren't going to help you out. They are going to take advantage of your inexperience. Now that I have the car the dealership wants nothing to do with me. I just got my title 2 months after buying the car and the bank isn't listed as a lien holder. So the banks unhappy, as am I, but the dealership is just saying mistakes were made and we can't change the past. Well you could at least try fixing the future. For you're futures sake don't buy from Lia More

I left the dealership almost two weeks ago with a 2016 Honda Civic. I love it and am very grateful for Mike's honesty and advise. I first leased a CR-V in 2013 which was and is a great car but wanted something different. Mike was my salesperson then and this time around too. No pressure from anyone I have dealt with at Lia. I will be coming back in 2019! More
