Quick fix to an unexpected repair When AAA could not get my car back on the road, I had them tow it to Lia Hyundai in Enfield. She managed my expectations and communicated with me several times during my wait to let me know where I was in the service queue. With her pleasant manner she aptly juggled the multitude of people and car issues, giving everyone the impression that their time was important. I was having issues operating my new vehichle I did not receive the free Blue Link and while I was on the road Lisa Caputo helped me obtain it and answered many questions about my new vehicle. I have since set up an appointment with her has she offered to show me all the features my car has. Being slightly older these new vehicles ,like cell phones go beyond my experience. Though she was not the dealer that I dealt with, offering for me to come in and she will sit down and show me everything not only shows her commitment to the customers of Lia Hyundai, but it shows her commitment and faith in the company she works for, Lia Hyundai. She shows true work ethics that in this day and age is hard to come by. You gentlemen have a true Gem in this employee. I would keep her and truly promote so she can train your dealers to be has caring and kind even if they were not the one that sold the car. She gets 10 stars!!!!********** More
Felt like I was home I had visited other dealers, and sensed that I was dollar signs and not a human being. One dealer barely let me out of my car before she pounced. There, while looking for a deal that would suit my budget, I felt they where working me. It was almost a bad acting performance as they tried to get me to commit to a price I couldn't afford. So when I walked into Lia and this lovely lady, Lisa Caputo greeted me with a sincere intention to truly take care of me, I knew I wasn't leaving without a car that day. She made me feel that the sale was more about me, the customer, and not her sales quota or commission. She had a great repoire with all members of the dealership, which ensured my trust. In the end I drove home with a car that I am extremely happy with, and could afford. She took care of all the details, making it almost seamless, and even offered her time if I ever needed to come back and have her show me how some of the new intricacies available in cars today, work. She's the best! More

Let me tell you my experience which I still can't believe I was able to go home with my new car the very next day of me coming here !!! Just can't believe it still ! I went on Thursday 05/03/18 around 9ish am . After being told by two other car dealer ships NO b/c of my BAD credit mind you the other TWO car dealers ships have these commercials that say YES WE CAN HELP YOU WITH GOOD OR BAD CREDEIT EVEN THE WORSE CREDIT EVER ! Yeah right they lied . After that I thought there was no hope for me and someone had mentioned Lia Hyundai of Enfield actually one of the other two dealer ships said try CT you might get lucky! Lol lucky I did ! A friend told me check out their reviews they are good word on the street is they can hook it up ! So I called spoke with Lisa a GREAT SALES PERSON! She took care of me when I told her I don't think I'll qualify but she said we have the best of the best here and told me I'll get this to Dan that works in our financial services he is one of our best and that is what he is good at getting people with bad credit in a car !!!!!! Lisa and Dan I LOVE YOU GUYS!!! Now I do not have to worry about losing my job b/c my old car was not cutting it ! So long story short lol went in on Thursday then came back Friday at 9am and went home with a car got approved on Thursday I could not believe it ! The only thing out of my pocket was $500 down plus they took my winter beater lol as a trade in for $500 that's it no other fees plus they knocked off the price on my new car I can't believe that they would do all that for me ! And if they did it for me and others you too can get a car here new or used hey its a car I got a Used car with 30,000 miles one owner. Car smells and looks new well it is brand new !! 2016 still bumper to bumper warranty and you get with Lia Hyundai of Enfield 60 day safety warranty ! You can't beat that no where else ! Come in talk to Lisa and Dan will get every thing sorted out with the loan! LIA HYUNDAI I LOVE YOU GUYS!!! LIFE CHANGER FOR SURE !!!!!! Happy Customer Betsy ??????? More
