I purchased a 2018 Elantra Limited Oct 1, 2017 and was very dismayed at the lack of service by my first salesman. At that time I confronted the former sales manager and stated that I was going to another dealer because of the lack of salesman follow up-I had contacted Hyundai to find an Elantra Limited, (my first salesman told me none were available after I wouldn't buy a 2017 they had in stock. (not a limited edition) There was a car in Albany and the new salesman-Alex, I got arranged for the car to come to Lia. I love the car. My second salesman was excellent. Dave Shlosser the new manager has been wonderful in correcting and dealing with some of the difficulties I had with the previous sales manager. It is a pleasure to deal with a professional that believes in respect and service for the customer. He has renewed my confidence in this dealership. More
