That’s not the level of service we strive to provide, and we understand how upsetting this must have been—especially with a brand-new vehicle. We want to clarify that under normal circumstances, we would never direct a customer back to the original dealership. In this unique case, we believed it was the best course of action to help ensure you wouldn’t incur any out-of-pocket expenses, as the original selling dealer is responsible for covering this particular repair. That said, we recognize how this situation felt from your perspective, and we’ve reached out to help make things right. As a one-time courtesy, we are refunding the $179.24 diagnostic fee.
