My wife and I visited Lia Hyundai in Hartford, CT intending to take a test drive in the 2023 Santa Fe. We were met by Sewell Minto, one of the Sales staff there. Sewell was knowledgeable, profession intending to take a test drive in the 2023 Santa Fe. We were met by Sewell Minto, one of the Sales staff there. Sewell was knowledgeable, professional, personable, customer focused, non-pushy and friendly. He determined the vehicle we were interested in, arranged our test drive and answered so many questions. While we weren’t initially interested in pursuing a deal when we came in, Sewell’s non-pushy sales manner struck a chord with us and we decided to pursue what kind of deal Lia would offer. Long story short, in less that an hour and a half from stepping into the dealership, we had purchased the Santa Fe. We have purchased over 25 vehicles and none were ever this smooth and stress less. I know that Hyundai has great products, great a warranty and complementary maintenance making the sales process easier. However being served by a great sales person makes all the difference and Lia has a great one in Sewell Minto. I highly recommend Lia Hyundai and Sewell Minto specifically for anyone looking for a new Hyundai. More
