I recently had a nice experience working with Dane Morissette for my recent service appointment. One thing I find missing in my visits is ’the advisors don’t spend much time to explain the services y Morissette for my recent service appointment. One thing I find missing in my visits is ’the advisors don’t spend much time to explain the services you are going perform. And especially when they return the car after service they don’t spend any time going over the work that was performed and the results. I think a little more detailed expiation of the work performed and results would be helpful than just handing you the invoice and car. I’m More
Hector Morales got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time for my routine service appointment. My only comment is that the dealership should have sent a text or email letting me know their procedure of time for my routine service appointment. They used to come out to your car in the service bay to check you in, note your mileage and take your keys, then you went inside to the service desk. This time I sat in my car in the service drive through for 15 minutes before someone came out and told me I needed to leave my car and come inside to check in. More
