Due to his work obligations, my spouse couldn’t be with me to buy our car, and I had to go through most of the process on my own. Luis is knowledgeable, honest, straightforward and personable and not the least bit pushy or “salesy”. I was quite nervous to go through this by myself, but Luis made sure we both stayed well informed and addressed all of my (many!) concerns and questions with kindness, professionalism and patience. Based on my experience, I recommend Lia Hyundai and, especially, Luis. He’s the kind of guy that inherently understands the difference between a quick sale and developing long term, professional relationships that cultivate repeat business.
