I had a great experience at Lia Hyundai. Sewell Minto was very kind and helpful. He made me feel comfortable while i was there. He included my boyfriend in conversations and made him feel welcomed as well. E very kind and helpful. He made me feel comfortable while i was there. I highly recommend Sewell. His customer service is excellent. I can say that i had a great time being at the dealership. My boyfriend and i love our new cars and thanks to Sewell it was an easy process! More

The sales associate Yolanda is very inconsistent. Sold the car I wanted the day before I came and wouldn’t have told me beforehand unless I did some research myself finding out the car was taken off the w the car I wanted the day before I came and wouldn’t have told me beforehand unless I did some research myself finding out the car was taken off the website. Lowballed my 2011 Sonata in fair condition for only $2,000. Said she would mail my front plate seeing as I live about 30 minutes from the dealership. Delayed the mailing then called me a week later asking to pick it up because they couldn’t mail it. Do better. More

I had an excellent experience at Lia Hyundai. The service representative Hector Morales was great. It was my first time getting a oil Change on my car since purchasing it back in July 2019. Shady! The original sales guy Dean I dealt with was cool. But the sales manager, Mohammed, was shady and made me very uncomfortable! I came in today to get a simple lease quote for a 2020 Sonata Limited. I' But the sales manager, Mohammed, was shady and made me very uncomfortable! I came in today to get a simple lease quote for a 2020 Sonata Limited. I'd priced it out on the Hyundai lease calculator website. well, I waited an hour n a half and they kept trying to convince me to buy out my Lexus lease. I said no. I said just wanted a quote for a Sonata limited lease. They presented me with a buyout quote of 21k ($6000 less than my Lexus lease buyout!!!) and the monthly rate for the Sonata limited lease was +$250 more than the $400 I told Dean I wanted to pay based on the Hyundai lease calculator on the Hyundai website. I thought McDermott Lexus was shady, but these guys take the cake! they did not present me with the lease quote I requested. avoid this dealership at all costs! More
