Great service department I only went there to get my car stereo serviced. I didn't purchase the car there. A part was replaced and when it didn't work a technician personally I only went there to get my car stereo serviced. I didn't purchase the car there. A part was replaced and when it didn't work a technician personally came out to my car to help. They set up another appointment to check the whole stereo and when I arrived, I was there for about 10 minutes or less. They were very quick. They didn't have a whole stereo unit available so they ordered one. I know the stereo is not their fault and they are helping me as quickly as they can. My visits there have been really smooth and without a bunch of hassle. More

Hector was class acted he help me. I had thought of trying my regular body shop but I choose to take my liberty and came down to the dealership. The experiences was within the time I ne I had thought of trying my regular body shop but I choose to take my liberty and came down to the dealership. The experiences was within the time I needed I thought I had to waited for 1 hour and 30 minute which was my service time but it too 40 minute tops. So I was treated well and I hope that said a lot about Mr. Horales and your dealership. However, the reason why I took the time to use your service was a discount of $29.99 there was some discrepancy with my understanding about the discount I was mislead by the fact that the I thought I did not had to pay for the service due to the discount but because it was my first time Mr. Morales let it go.
