Lisa Dugan is an excellent service manager!. This is my third Infiniti that she’s advised me on and she always explains what service is needed. Because I wait for my car she makes sure I’m comfortable in t third Infiniti that she’s advised me on and she always explains what service is needed. The service at Lia is excellent and all service is done properly the first time. I’ve never had to return to get a repair redone. And having my car washed is an extra bonus that is greatly appreciated. Everyone at Lia is very friendly and helpful but Lisa Dugan is the best! More

Lisa Dugan was wonderful! She brought my in for a water leak repair even though the service schedule was full. It was pricey but I think they did a great job.
