If you buy Certified Pre Owned Car here, make sure to take it to a private mechanic for a full check up. They sold a CPO that has been damaged and repaired by the dealership and they are refusing to fix take it to a private mechanic for a full check up. I was able to access the history of repairs for my car after registering on their website. It clearly shows there were a ton of body repairs done to this car, which was never disclosed to me and when mentioned this to them, they said they don’t know anything about this or don’t see anything on their end. According to their mechanics, there is nothing wrong with the car, when I clearly feel a lot of play in the steering wheel, constant vibration, and a constant strange noise is present on the same side where the repairs where done. I had the same QX60 for 3 year lease, which I just returned so I know how this car is supposed to drive. I have filled a complaint with attorney general for Fraud and now awaiting for the next steps. More
