Helped me out BIG time I recently had an issue where I picked up a broken key in my tire. I brought my car to Lisa Dugan at Lia Infiniti at 4:00 PM. My New Q 50 My sales person was Matt Craver. He is very respectful and answered all my questions. We took a test drive and explained many of the features of the Q My sales person was Matt Craver. He is very respectful and answered all my questions. We took a test drive and explained many of the features of the Q50 as we drove. Back at the dealership we discussed price and trade in. Having a price in mind it took a few negotiations before a sales agreement could be reached. In order to get me a price I would agree to Matt and his manager actually placed me in another Q50 with a few more bells and whistles but with a better discount. I appreciate the work Matt has done to get me into the vehicle at a price I desired. I picked up the car several days later and Matt spent nearly 3 hours with me discussing the nitty gritty of the Nav system, audio, etc. and completing the paperwork. Brian Lomnicki gave me an estimate no how long the service would take. I agreed and my car was the next in line. During the multi-point inspection a defective in one of my tires was found. Brian Lomnicki informed me and let me see the defective. It was decided to replace the tire. I was especially surprised at the cost of the total Service. Brian Lomnicki went to great lengths to take care of my car. More
