My service advisor, Celeste Hill kept me up to date on what was going on with my car and the status of my repair. She was also instrumental is getting my repair covered under warranty. While I was not pleased with the service from Infiniti Roadside Assistance (which was useless and nonexistent) or from Infiniti's Extended Warranty Program, I could not be happier with the service from Lia Infiniti. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to help them. More
