I was in on two occasions recently and was assisted by Bryan Casey. Bryan has been extremely helpful on multiple occasions. This began with him going out of his way to assist with an ongoing issue with a Bryan Casey. Bryan has been extremely helpful on multiple occasions. This began with him going out of his way to assist with an ongoing issue with a previous vehicle purchased elsewhere that the dealership it was purchased at was unable to resolve. The warranty company had previously authorized only more minor repairs, though there was clearly a larger underlying issue. The vehicle suffered O2 sensor failures several times in a short span, sometimes to the same sensor that had already been replaced. Each time, the warranty company would only authorize replacement of the faulty sensor, and was reluctant to acknowledge that these problems might be the result of larger electrical issues. After I visited Lia, Bryan dealt with the warranty company and fought on my behalf for authorization to make the correct repair to address the larger underlying issue. He coordinated everything, including making sure I had a loaner vehicle, and kept me informed on all developments. This level of service is the reason I went to Lia when it was time to purchase my current vehicle, and why I will continue to purchase at Lia going forward. More
