After several unprofessional incidents I walked away. I was going to to wait until October but then decided to try Lia Nissan. It was a 360 experience. Everyone was attentive and professional. Mike Heffernan listened to what I had in mind for my purchase. Mike searched the inventory at all their locations and found the vehicle I wanted. Even better, he presented financing which worked with my budget. 3 days later I had what I envisioned, a gorgeous Rouge in the perfect color with the features I wanted and more. Even when I call with an unexpected problem/repair needed, they can work with my time frame, even giving me a ride home if the repair/maintenance will take a little longer--and return to pick me up when it's finished! And the work is ALWAYS done expertly. I also was quite pleased with the very pleasant/polite gentleman who gave me a ride home so I would NOT have to wait at the dealership (evethough the surroundings are quite pleasant) AND returned to pick me up when the repair was complete! In the past working w/other dealerships, I never was offered a ride-- by the staff--so I did not have to sit on site waiting for the repairs. Very happy with that service. More
