Always expert and timely service by great staff Staff at Lia Nissan have always been able to accomodate my repairs/maintenance in a timely way that fits my schedule. Even when I call with an unexpected problem/repair needed, they can work with my time frame, even giving me a ride home if the repair/maintenance will take a little longer--and return to pick me up when it's finished! And the work is ALWAYS done expertly. I also was quite pleased with the very pleasant/polite gentleman who gave me a ride home so I would NOT have to wait at the dealership (evethough the surroundings are quite pleasant) AND returned to pick me up when the repair was complete! In the past working w/other dealerships, I never was offered a ride-- by the staff--so I did not have to sit on site waiting for the repairs. Very happy with that service. More

Emergency repair, no appointment Lia service department stepped up when it counted most for me, last week I notice the sound I heard the past week manifest into an unsafe condition. W Lia service department stepped up when it counted most for me, last week I notice the sound I heard the past week manifest into an unsafe condition. While driving to work my front end on my 2008 Altima started to vibrate severely, not wanting to chance it I nursed it to the dealer. I explain the situation to type service rep, I did not have an appointment and they were booked solid into the following week. The Service Manager, Lia Nissan of Colonie Thomas Sinkora was informed of my situation and determine to get my car in for inspection with no guarantees that they would be able to get the car repaired in the next few day. I was provided a ride home expecting to be without my vehicle for up to week, however they were able to identify the issue and provide the necessary repairs in very short order, I had my car back later that afternoon. I have always had my Altima service by the Lia Nissan if Colonie and will counting to do so. I would like to thank Tom and his techs for taking care of my car and looking out for their customer when they needed it most. I would also like to thank the service rep Walt for initially providing support and providing me a ride home. More
