Excellent Service Experience Recently (04/17/19) took my 2018 Rogue to Lia Nissan of Colonie for the NYS vehicle inspection. The visit was not scheduled in advance. I was quickly Recently (04/17/19) took my 2018 Rogue to Lia Nissan of Colonie for the NYS vehicle inspection. The visit was not scheduled in advance. I was quickly greeted by Christina Cahill (Service Rep.) and Thomas Sinkora (Service Mngr.) Christina promptly processed the vehicle and initiated the inspection process. The vehicle inspection was completed in short order. While waiting for the inspection to be completed I had the opportunity to discuss in detail the upcoming 15K maintenance service with both Chris and Tom. Both Chris & Tom very patiently explained, in great detail, what should be performed and why. I was able to schedule, in advance, the date of the 15K service. The overall service experience was truly exceptional. Both Tom and Chris are extremely capable, experienced and knowledgeable with respect to the product line and service requirements. More
