Easy, fun, no pressure purchase! My brother and I walked into Lia Nissan and I had no intention of buying a car that day. While I was looking at the Used Rogues on the lot, Aaron "AJ" Haynes came out to see if he could help. He showed me all of the vehicles I might be interested in based on what I told him. He knew about every vehicle, and when he needed to go and look up more information, he did that quickly. There was no pressure and when I decided to buy, AJ told me all the history of the car, answered all my questions, and he was so professional and informative. No pressure, just facts and helpfulness. I had the best experience ever buying a car with AJ as Lia Nissan's representative. Also, dealing with Pedro for the financial set up of the sale was wonderful. Pedro is a very concerned, sweet person who makes sure you know every aspect of the agreement you are signing and the purchase you are making. Even my brother is now looking for a car there! He has dealt with them twice in the past and also had great experiences. More

Terrible service Mike was the worst salesman I have ever had in my experiences buying a car. He "yeah, yeah, yeah'd" me throughout the process. When I picked up the Mike was the worst salesman I have ever had in my experiences buying a car. He "yeah, yeah, yeah'd" me throughout the process. When I picked up the car, it was not ready with the promises made. He never did the things he said he was going to do. He was completely disengaged and couldn't care less. The service department was not much better. They had no clue the requests I had made. I bought a used car and the previous owner's personal business cards were still in the car. The previous owner's information was still in the navigation system...with her home address. The car was not cleaned and detailed as it should have been. We found remnants of popcorn and confetti in the car. This dealership was lazy, they lied and we are still working with them to get them to fulfill the promises made re: some work we requested on the car that we were told would be taken care of prior to purchase. I will never buy a car from Lia Nissan of Schenectady again. H More
