Relatives have recommended Nissan on several occasions so I decided to visit the Lia Nissan Dealership on Central Avenue in Schenectady. I called ahead to make an appointment. The moment I walked into the showroom I felt comfortable. Tom Kenneally was my salesman and I consider myself very lucky. We started by discussing my concerns and financial situation. My care was appraised, very fairly, and I was given several options that would meet my needs. I looked at used cars, new cars and hybrids. I took several cars for a test drive and fell in love with the Nissan Maxima. TOM MADE IT HAPPEN. We explored several differnt types of financing and we both came to the conclusion that leasing would be the best way to put me in the car of my dreams. Today, I had the best car buying experience. My sales man Kevin Twomey and the finance manager Mike Swobely were a joy to workn with. I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle during the process. He explained every feature of the car and made me know I was making the right decision. He stayed late two nights this week to make sure I was taken care of driving away in my new car. Mike was absolutely awesome to deal with. He took the time to explain the different extended warranty and made sure I understood each form before I signed. It's caring people like this that make Lia Nissan my dealer for life. I would recommend them a thousand times over and will definitely go there for my next purchase.
