She was informative about my Nissan Versa Note SR and notably patient during my multiple test drives! Elizabeth didn't use high-pressure tactics; to try to force me into just any vehicle. She listened to what I was looking for and graciously showed me vehicles equipped with those options. As for the Lia dealership, they were awesome to deal with; not only for the purchase of my new car but, in servicing my traded-in vehicle and those of many of my family members and friends!
