Rob and Patrick were both very professional and I felt as though they were looking out for my best interests. The whole process was extremely transparent and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision or nervous that I was being taken advantage of. My wife and I also had a similar experience with Bob in 2015 when we bought our last Nissan.
