I worked with Jennifer Hall in the service department. She was the consummate professional from my arrival to final pick up of my vehicle. She made sure all items were checked upon drop off and placed protective gear where needed all while maintaining a good conversation regarding me and my vehicle. She arranged transportation back to my work immediately and I was on my way. Jennifer kept me apprised of my cars status while in the shop via telephone and notified me when it was completed. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle Jennifer explained all work done and the results of any tests performed. She escorted me to the cashier office also.
