Not worth the drive I called the night before and gave $1000.00 down on a car told bob I would be there between 11 am and noon... I arrived at 11:30 I was the only buyer I called the night before and gave $1000.00 down on a car told bob I would be there between 11 am and noon... I arrived at 11:30 I was the only buyer on the sales floor... I drove over 2 hrs from Massachusetts.... I came with certified bank check for the vehicle.. he told me since I was paying with cask it would take 45 minutes to do the paperwork... there was no trades straight up sale.... I asked to see the car while the paperwork was being done... “ it will be out in 10 minutes they are just finishing it up” was exact words... 1/2 hr later it showed up... when I went to the window where they were preparing the paperwork the employees were discussing what they wanted to order. For lunch.... really I was a paying customer with cash.... I am a former used car salesman... it took me 15-20 min to do all the paperwork needed for the RMV... then the manager got involved and told me that they didn’t have to do a mass RMV form that it was up to my insurance agent... hello you have dealerships in Massachusetts. After all the paperwork was done took over 1 1/2hrs... far cry from 45 min.... no one knows anything in this dealership... I never received a follow up call to see how I liked the car or a questionnaire on there service..... so I decided to do my review on the internet.... jesse More
