I walked into Toyota searching to purchase a Corolla and to my surprise I walked out with a Camrey. I thought that the visit was going to as bad as I had with other local Toyota dealership that I had visite to my surprise I walked out with a Camrey. I had be greated immediatley upon entering in by Mr. Ramos. he had showed concern for me and my children if we had eatten yet which gained my trust. I had automatically told him what i was looking for . He had given me my chioces to choose from and when he said a Camrey I was thrilled. I believe that Mr. ramos didn't take care of me as though I was just a person searching to purchase a vehicle, but as an individual with needs and the main one was the safty of my children in a new car. I was thrilled with his compassion and knowledge of the car I wanted. I believe he went above and beyond his duties. Mr. ramos had helped me through the proccess every step of the way , He even waited from me when I was done with the Financial Department. I was thrilled with the wait time and didn't have to spend a long time waiting for my paper work to go through. Everyone one was kind and friendly to me and my children. Royce not only found the car that best suits me, he worked out the overall pricing, how much the government rebate would be and also showed me the average monthly payments. Majority of the other dealers try to force a sale by making you test drive and then going straight to the paper work, not Royce. So far best car dealer i have been to and I've worked with many all over Rockland and Westchester. I recommend this dealership but NOT Norman Aiken!!! He is the WORST salesman on this planet!
