Great experience thank you service team ! I came in to Lia Volkswagen for an oil change the Service Manager Nikole Goodman and her service team were very friendly and worked quickly to get my I came in to Lia Volkswagen for an oil change the Service Manager Nikole Goodman and her service team were very friendly and worked quickly to get my me in and out of the shop. The service team was kind enough to explain thoroughly about services I will need to render in the upcoming future for my Honda CRV. At check out I was given a complimentary calendar and a mail in rebate voucher for $20 off my next oil change. I would definitely return to this dealership again for my future car repairs. More

Liars-liars-liars. Do not purchase anything from this dealership, Lied about the car condition. I drove 13 hours to go purchase the car from this dealer. I was told that the car had clean carfax and it’s a one owner pristine condition… When I inspect the car I find out that the car had been in an accident with damage to the front and rear of the car. When I started to point the issues with the car the salesman tells me that he is not going to disagree with me. However, they had no idea the car had been in an accident. The rear bumper paint did not match the trunk paint color, paint overspray under the hood and under the trunk lid. Bumpers and fenders poor alignment, driver door had 4" long paint crack from rear impact, trunk interior panels were scratched badly, only a car accident would cause this type of damage. I can keep going... They claim they are not body shop experts and they had no idea the car was in an accident... I asked is that why you were unable to sell this car since spring of 2017? They think customers are stupid and would buy the car thinking its accident free. Clean Carfax, I will report them to Carfax, they fixed the car and did not report it to carfax. Only a dealer has the money to repair a Corvette with this type of damage without filing an insurance claim. Liars-liars-liars.... More

Tried to blame me for an oil leak,said I drilled holes So I want to start with the dealer gave me a fair price for my trade in and honored a holiday sale price. The service manager on the other hand well lets just say I have more confidence in a Walmart mechanic. It was raining when I purchased the vehicle and when I inspected the vehicle I did not notice the oil leaks. I brought my vehicle to an ASE certified garage that I have used for 35 years. When we put the vehicle on the lift we noticed two leaks. One from the oil heat exchanger and a CV boot. Basically when I brought it back to the service manager she accused me of drilling holes where both leaks were!!! Anyway I had to replace the C.V. shaft, the cooling hose, the driver side vacuum hub,the 4x4 didnt work, replace the brakes and get a front end alignment all out of my own pocket. This was a $40,000 truck not some $1000 trade in. I was so upset basically being called a lier and xxxxxxx that it wasnt worth the stress of dealing with her or any of the sales managers because the sale was done and they could care less. More
