Had a rust problem with my vehicle that I bought from Dan Magana in 2016. When we were "closing the deal" he said that he was my salesman for life not just that night. Well 4 years later I contacted him and not only did he remember me he also met me at the service department and made sure my concerns were addressed and then taken care of. I have had my truck recently serviced, engine work, recall work, full detail & body work done. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE. Too long of a story. This is the 3rd time detail work was not done completely or DONE at all? Then when I picked up my truck, it's the 2ND TIME they DENTED my truck and didn’t own up to it. Instead, the service Mgr, 'Steve" asked me what happened? They tried to hide it! Mgr of the body shop, 'Jeff' (?) was rude but then they fessed up and said someone at the dealership did damage my truck door and slopped paint on it to 'save me money'?? After I was already shelling out $1800 for body work & $250 on full detail, they slop a brush of paint on the 4x2 in gouge, on my passenger door, wax over it and want to save me $$?? I have NO FAITH in the engine warranty work that was done to my RAM engine if this is the attitude and demeanor the have. After the absurdity of dealing with this dealership for the past 5 yrs after a purchase of a Jeep, servicing my RAM 2500 and two other trucks, As Steve used to call all my trucks, 'the fleet', as i took them in regularly, this is how they treat customers? As for the 4-5 star web reviews, I believe they have had staff go on all these websites and write reviews to boost their star rating. Don’t fall for it. I offer the owner of the dealership to call me ANYTIME to discuss this with them! So far, I have been ignored!!!

Service & Body Shop took care of both damage to the passenger side door + a recall. A bit of back and forth via phone to get all the work done -- but overall good experience. They even found an earring I thought I lost and placed it in a storage spot for me! Very thankful.

No hassles, fast, friendly and thorough and a car wash! Clean, comfortable & spacious waiting room with wi-fi - Liberty is the place I will continue to go to for all auto needs. Scott Nelson was a pleasure to work with.

Great people doing a great job with service in a comfortable waiting room. Service was done right and they checked that the work was still under warranty.

I had an appointment the other day at Libertyville Subaru Service that turned out great. Everyone I had contact with was professional and friendly. I waited for an oil change and tail light recall.
