We had been "shopping" for some time and thus we were prepared to discuss in seriousness buying or leasing a new vehicle. I had never leased before but my wife was leaning in this direction. Brian was objective in helping us to decide on which path to take. He was never "pushy" though when asked he offered a candid opinion backed with specifics and facts.
