My sister (from out of town) and I were headed to my Granddaughters’ wedding when my car broke down. I thought for sure I was going to miss the most important day of her life. I called Liberty Buick a Granddaughters’ wedding when my car broke down. I thought for sure I was going to miss the most important day of her life. I called Liberty Buick and not only did they send a tow truck, but they brought us a “loaner” to drive so we could attend the wedding, I was shocked and in disbelief when they brought us a new “Encore”. We were able to attend the wedding with a few moments to spare and I was so grateful to Liberty. They allowed us to drive the loaner even after the wedding until my car was serviced. I can’t praise them enough for their customer service. After my car was fixed, they sent someone to drop it off at my house. I didn’t have to do anything; it was so effortless. Thank-You to all the service people including Colette and Justin Sgro for staying on top of this. You are truly a blessing. More

My name is Ed Underberg Sr. Last week, I wrote you a letter complaining about the treatment I received at Liberty Buick, back at the end of 2019. I had not planned on getting anything done about my bad experience, I just wanted to warn everyone about how Liberty Buick conducted business, After receiving a message from BBB. The GM of Liberty Buick, Justin Sgro, called me at home and wanted to discuss my situation, as he was not familiar with me or what I was talking about. He had not received either copy of the letter I had hand delivered to the salesman or the sales manager. I told him at length what had happened to me and that Liberty Buick was a cuss word to me. He immediately apologized and asked what he could do to make it right. He offered to call me back after he had given it some thought. He returned the call within the next hour and came back with several different deals that were more than fair, in fact I was astonished how far he was willing to go to right a wrong that had happened over a year ago, I and my wife met with Mr. Sgro and a young salesman, Ryne Czyznik on Saturday 2/6/2021 and they started the process of putting us into a 2021 Buick Encore that had been pulled out of new stock on 8/18/2020 and was being used as a delivery vehicle for customers that had their car in the shop. The Encore had never been titled; it was still in the Dealerships name. It had 5000 miles on it and a factory warranty from 8/18/2020 to 8/18 2023. We drove out of Liberty Buick with a 5-year newer vehicle, with a 3year factory warranty and many upgrades for approximately 10% of its total value. This included all taxes, dock fees and plates I will be singing praises of Justin Ogro, Ryne Czyznik and Liberty Buick for years to come. Sincerely Ed Underberg Sr. Sent to BBB and Justin Sgro More

I had the best experience possible at Liberty Buick. I told them what I wanted, and they got it for me! I wanted a grey or white Yukon XL. Justin Sgro took my credit application, I went home, and they cal told them what I wanted, and they got it for me! I wanted a grey or white Yukon XL. The finance manager Tim Johnson worked magic and got me financed with a warranty and GAP all while I was at home. Jerry Wood and Bogdan Mindrut made my experience so quick and easy. I showed up, signed the paperwork and was out of there in about an hour. Best experience buying a vehicle I’ve ever had!! They also took my Ford Escape in as a trade and gave me a great deal. The Most Positive Car Buying Experience Ever! I’m not really the type of person to go out of my way to write a review, but Nathan was such a pleasure to work with that I just needed to give him a I’m not really the type of person to go out of my way to write a review, but Nathan was such a pleasure to work with that I just needed to give him a big shout out! He was very personable and patient as I test drove a few models. He listened carefully to my needs and wants and he showed genuine care to help us find the perfect car for me, and Justin got us a more than a fair offer on our trade. They actually allowed us to leave and do some finance homework for a few days without inundating us with pressure. After a few days, we finally decided to purchase the gorgeous 2020 Buick Envision Premium II of my dreams, Nathan made it so easy and he was ready to go with all the paperwork and the agreed upon deal we had settled on. It was amazing how fast and seamless it was for us to sign and drive away in a little over an hour. . Mike, the finance guy, was even a breath of fresh air with his friendly demeanor and no hidden surprise costs or deceptive warranty pressure! This was absolutely the most pleasurable car-buying experience! I can definitely “Envision” sending our friends and family to Liberty Buick! We will be buying our future cars through Nathan for sure! Loved pulling up and seeing the Gold Bow. Best part, even though it was not a $45,000 plus purchase, that is how we were treated. Highly recommend Liberty Buick. More
