I was so impressed with his knowledge particularly after he stated that the air pressure was increased to 38 pounds in each tire, to my surprise, all this time I was only checking the pressure to 35. I am so pleased with Chase. Thank You Chase for putting me on the right path. I do know that under inflated tires can be very hazardous to the proper wear and tare on the vehicle. More

I had a great buying experience, and thought it would end there.... but that's NOT the case with Liberty Buick! Ever since my purchase, they have reached out to me and offered to help me with any way with my vehicle. Last week I brought my Verano in for service, it was very dirty due to the recent rain. My oil change was performed quickly, and they also had washed and dried it. I felt like I was driving off in a new car again!!! Liberty Buick GENUINELY cares about me as a customer. After a miserable experience at two nearby Buick dealerships, I am VERY grateful that I chose to shop 35 miles away from Tempe, and give Liberty Buick a try.
