Hello Mr. Skywater it was great to actually talk to you over the phone today. Again, I do apologize for not being here when you picked up your Encore GX after the work was performed, I had already left for the day. I did send up the request that we spoke about on the phone yesterday, my office team will have that out in the mail today so it should hit your mailbox next Tuesday or Wednesday. Please remember like we spoke about call or text me directly when you are ready for your next service appointment and I will personally schedule that detail for your vehicle. Please relay the message to your brother about my apologies and please have him reach out to me when he is ready for his next vehicle. Also, now that you have my personal cell phone number, please let me know if the replacement brakes start making any kind of noise so I can call the manufacturer and tell them about any issues. Again, I'm glad we got to connect; I believe communication is the first step to making sure customers stay happy! July 28th, 2023 will be my 25-year anniversary here at Liberty Buick and I personally get involved with EVERY issue or situation that comes about. I really strive on having the best customer satisfaction in the industry. We have hit "Dealer of The Year" 21 years in a row now and that is the most in Buick Gmc history this is also out of 2,400 Dealers across the country!
