I rate this experience very poorly due to the extreme delay and lack of support during a major warranty repair. My 2020 Chrysler Pacifica was at the dealership from September 12, 2025, until the end of D delay and lack of support during a major warranty repair. My 2020 Chrysler Pacifica was at the dealership from September 12, 2025, until the end of December 2025 (over 3½ months) for a covered long block engine replacement. Even after warranty approval on November 20, it took another 5+ weeks to complete. No loaner vehicle was ever offered or suggested. This forced our family of seven (five children + newborn) to cram into a borrowed pickup truck daily and overuse our older vehicle, which needed expensive repairs due to the extra strain. This caused safety risks, financial burden, and significant mental stress. On Christmas Eve, after paying the $100 deductible, the rear view camera failed immediately upon startup, and I had to leave the van again. The service advisor verbally promised a full detail before final pickup on December 30, but it was not done despite their assurance they would handle it later that day. Communication was poor — frequent delays with little updates. The repair was eventually completed at no additional charge, but the overall process was unacceptable for a covered warranty repair. This has eroded my trust in Chrysler and the dealership. More

Service was very friendly, faster than i expected, and the waiting area was comfortable and it's always a plus when coffee is available.
