Usually a decent experience with the service department but this recent visit was exceptional . Everyone was on lunch ( i felt very bad as I didn't know if they would close for lunch or not) , everyone mad but this recent visit was exceptional . Everyone was on lunch ( i felt very bad as I didn't know if they would close for lunch or not) , everyone made sure I was helped. Austin always is professional but he didn't make me feel bad for bothering him on his lunch. I take my breaks very seriously, so I appreciate him ???? More
