No one could deliver our new to us Pilot due to illness within the Delivery team. Ron took his day off to deliver our car, took it to the emissions and then to our house so I could get the registration finalized without too much stress. He even took a Covid test so we could be extra confident. The car is fantastically clean and a great value for the quality but what put this to 5 stars is Ron's willingness to go above and beyond.
